Good

Overall was good, had a good customer service and the facilities of the accomodation was good. We could kept our lugguage after check out.

The lift was very small, so we needed to go one by one as we had quite big lugguage but the staff was very helpful.

Amazing host and perfect location and stay in Florence!

Perfect location which was just a short walk to various restaurants and the main square. Our host, Paolo, was incredible and super helpful and even made reservations for our group in Italian to make things even more easier for us. The room was quite large and comfortable with four of us staying together, we had enough room for the 5 nights.

Only minor issue is the skylight warms up the room a lot dying the day but is managed by keeping the cover closed and aircon on.

Elisa Guest House - a great find and accommodations for a couples getaway

Great little find in Florence. Conveniently located, small but functional room. Added bonus was the shared kitchen space with refrigerator/freezer and shared iron/ironing board.

Really minor but the noise in the shared space was a little loud - another guest was talking very loud on a Facetime call for 30+ minutes.

Fabulous Firenze Accommodation

Great location close to popular Firenze Galleries/Museums, Cathedrals/Basicilas and Ponte Vecchio. Short walk from/to Florence Central Train Station and Unita T2 station as well as a variety of cafes/restaurants and convenience stores close by. Room was well appointed, clean and great size for a couple - air conditioning a definite plus. Shared kitchen facility was well equipped. Host Paolo was great providing detailed check-in/check-out instructions, helpful dining recommendations and being directly contactable throughout to answer any questions.

Size of lift can make accessibility to upper floors (if stairs can't be used) a bit of a challenge. Literally only space for two medium suit cases or one medium suit case and one person.

Excellent and enjoyable stay - would stay again.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room and kitchen were very clean, with plenty of facilities and the place is in a great location.

Even with an elevator to help, it was sometimes a challenge to navigate the stairwells with a stroller. Particularly if the baby was asleep. Not the owners fault, just the layout of the building.

Lovely place

This is a lovely place to stay. Paolo and his colleague were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room and apartment were really comfortable, clean and quiet. It was handy to have the kitchen. The location was so convenient for sights, restaurants, shops etc. I’d really recommend this place

Great location and great sized room.

Location was excellent, room was large, bathroom was modern. Very clean. Used the communal kitchen to make breakfast each morning. Paolo was friendly and helpful. Told us about a good laundrette close by.

Great apartment in a perfect location.

The location could not be better. Staff were superb and extremely helpful for first time visitors to Florence. The apartment is down a peaceful street but the main tourist destinations are just outside your door.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room

We stayed in the 3 bed room and found it to be clean, spacious and comfortable. Paolo helped us settle in and was really friendly with great advice on Florence. Florence isn't as massive as Rome but it is still bigger than we expected. We found that this was quite centrally located and easy to walk to all the sights.

The street where the flat is smelled like sewerage and some vendors store their carts in the street, this means that they make a huge racket early in the mornings to get their equipment out. The noise was only an issue on the first night, as we slept with the windows open. The windows are double glazed so it wasn't an issue when they were closed.

Great place hidden but central

Great place, friendly host, very clean, shared kitchen, very well located, really good WiFi.

Some vendors from the nearby market park their carts in this street at night and it gets quite loud when they come in late evening.
